Henrietta started her career working for 16 years in public relations and marketing consultancy for big blue-chip corporates. Since 2004, Henrietta has worked for five top boarding schools in the UK and has spent 17 years working in international education.  She sat on the strategy board for the British Council representing the UK independent school sector and is currently a board member for the Metropolis Group.  She joined Dukes Education in 2017 and overseas the international marketing and admissions for the five colleges – Cardiff Sixth Form College, St Andrews Cambridge, Earlscliffe, Fine Arts and Rochester Independent College.

Vickie has been working at St. Andrew’s College Cambridge for six years and has rich experience in global marketing and international student recruitment. She was educated at Communication University of China, UCLA, and Goldsmiths University of London. I began my career in international education aged 18 when I got a summer job as an Activity Leader at an international summer camp near London. Following a CELTA in 2010, I spent two years in Brazil before returning to the UK and working at the University of Oxford’s Department for Continuing Education in between working in Thailand, Australia and in Spain. After moving into management and student recruitment for a famous summer school provider in Oxford in 2017, I then made a transition to the independent education sector with Dukes Education in August 2021. Fluent in five languages and comfortable with public speaking, a natural relationships-builder and student recruiter, I am most at home in an international environment. Currently based in Sao Paulo and building new markets in Latin America.
